\n\nThe monthly Doradztwo Podatkowe \u2013 Biuletyn Instytutu Studi\u00f3w Podatkowych (ISSN 1427-2008; electronic version: ISSN 2449-7584) has been published, in unaltered form, since 1996. The periodical is listed in the international database <\/span>European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences<\/span><\/i> (ERIH+). Doradztwo Podatkowe is a specialist research magazine addressing major and problematic tax issues. We deal with topics which are part of your professional activities, in one way or another, but tend to be neglected by the other mass media. Our bulletin is a recognised journal, highly estimated by tax experts. The arguments presented in articles published in this journal are frequently referred to in decisions of administrative courts and quoted in the LEX Legal Information System. Our articles, studies and information has been used by some 500,000 readers (an impressive figure, given that Doradztwo Podatkowe is not a popularising magazine). The Publisher is the Instytut Studi\u00f3w Podatkowych, a leading tax studies institute based in Warsaw. The standard of the content published in the bulletin has been overseen, since the beginning, by its Editor-in-Chief Witold Modzelewski, Professor at the University of Warsaw, tax advisor, legal counsel, Honorary Chairman of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors, Chairman of the Instytut Studi\u00f3w Podatkowych, Head of the Postgraduate Studies Programme in Taxes and Tax Law, Department of Law<\/span> and Administration, University of Warsaw. Mr. Modzelewski was Deputy Minister of Finance in 1992\u20136, and provides expertise to both houses of the Polish Parliament (the Sejm and the Senate). The journal\u2019s contributors include practitioners\u2013\u2013lawyers, economists, tax advisors\/consultants, and research associates\/research workers from scientific institutions all over Poland. The journal shares with its readers the most updated knowledge in tax law and taxes in a modern, condensed and approachable manner.
