Wydawnictwo Instytutu Studi\u00f3w Podatkowych powsta\u0142o w 1996 roku i jako jedno ze swoich zada\u0144 statutowych wskazuje popularyzacj\u0119 wiedzy z dziedziny nauk prawnych. The Publishing House applies an open model of scientific review. As the Publisher, ISP is obligated to comply with the current legal status regarding the infringement of copyright and plagiarism. All the studies meant to be published are checked by a counter-plagiarism system. The types of studies published include scientific monographs by one or many authors as well as popular scientific books. The topics addressed by our publications include issues in legal sciences, particularly financial law and tax law. Implementation of tasks in this thematic specialisation ensures the filling of a niche and satisfies the needs of science and tax law practitioners. The Publisher\u2019s emphasis is that the publications address topical and important issues making essential contributions to the development of science. The studies are published in the Polish language (each containing a title, keywords, and an English summary) and, if the topic addressed is an incentive to internationalise the study, also in English. In order to internationally disseminate the scholarly monographs published by ISP, the Publisher shares them in an electronic form at the website and via industry portals.
